How We Handle Refunds

Subscription Services

Suggestion+ offers premium subscription plans that may include recurring monthly or yearly billing through third‑party platforms such as:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store
  • Other approved payment providers

All subscription purchases are processed securely by the respective platform provider.

Free Trial & Subscription Renewals

Some subscription plans may include a free trial period.

Unless canceled before the trial ends, subscriptions automatically renew at the listed price using the payment method associated with your account.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Renewal charges may occur within 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Refund Eligibility

Because Suggestion+ provides access to digital subscription features immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited.

Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

  • Accidental duplicate purchases
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical issues preventing access to premium features
  • Billing errors caused by system malfunction

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

App Store Purchases

If you subscribed using the Apple App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple.

You can request a refund using:

Suggestion+ cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through Apple.

Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed through Google Play, refund requests are handled according to Google Play policies.

Suggestion+ may assist users with eligible billing issues where applicable.

Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Temporary service interruptions outside our reasonable control
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing cycle.

After cancellation:

  • Premium features remain accessible until the current subscription period ends.
  • No additional charges will occur unless you subscribe again.
