Account Terms

Some features may require a Suggestion+ account. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Notify Suggestion+ immediately if unauthorized access occurs

• Accuracy: You agree that all content you provide is lawful, accurate, and relevant.
• Feedback Handling: If you collect feedback, you are responsible for ensuring that it is handled ethically and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

Payment & Billing

Some Suggestion+ features are available under paid plans. All payments are subject to the terms outlined below.

• Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
• Cancellations: You can cancel anytime; access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
• Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Price Updates: Suggestion+ may modify plan pricing with 30 days' notice.

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers. Suggestion+ does not store your complete payment details.

Termination

Both you and Suggestion+ can terminate the account relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to all platform features will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment or expired billing
• Legal or regulatory compliance reasons

Suggestion+ provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.

Use of Suggestion+ is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any data downloaded or submitted meets your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suggestion+ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
